Tom Johnson here. I’m an ex 60 per day smoker and I know from experience what a hard habit it is to break.
In an attempt to help anyone else who decides to quit smoking, I started this blog - gathered together good, solid information about the dangers of smoking and found some equally good reasons to quit.
I do not believe in replacing the nicotine in your system with more of the same, any recommendations are for natural remedies that are proven to work.
If I can help just one person to quit smoking then I will have accomplished my aim… if I help more, that’s a bonus.
